It’s Just Chai collects a wide variety of information which is used in order to find matches which offer the highest possible chance of a relationship or marriage. Except as explicitly provided herein, none of the information gathered by It’s Just Chai, as part of the Bliss Questionnaire® is made accessible to the public or anyone not employed by It’s Just Chai directly. This information is held as confidential & if requested by the user, will be deleted. Information collected during the Bliss Questionnaire® which may be shared with other users of It’s Just Chai will be displayed in a strictly anonymous manner with no personally identifying details & will only be shown to potential match candidates.

Non-subscribing visitors to It’s Just Chai are not allowed access to this information in any way.

Information supplied by You at Registration or at Purchase
It’s Just Chai.com provides a subscriber-based service to all users, as well as offers products for retail sale. To process subscriptions and/or product purchases, we may require your name, billing address, number, email address, shipping address & credit card information. Information collected while purchasing a product is used primarily to process your order or as a otherwise described herein.

Member Email Communication
It’s Just Chai sends all members the types of emails they have elected to receive. Customary business communication such as: address confirmation, renewal notifications, Your Cup of Chai Matches, new feature/product and event offerings, will be sent regardless of election. Furthermore, IJC.com will remove members from any IJC.com mailing list to which they have subscribed upon request (customary business communication does not apply). A member may always change their email preferences from the Home Page, by selecting Account Settings.

Choice/Opt-Out
It’s Just Chai users may use the following options for removing their information from a mailing list in our database if they do not wish to receive future communications.

Users can also opt-out of receiving promotional emails and newsletters by cling on the "Email Settings" link on your Account page and un-checking the undesired promotions.
